Jeannie Helms

 

 

Administrative Assistant & Part-time Receptionist

 

Jeannie Helms’ 10 years with R.R. Donnelley & Sons prepared her well to handle tough deadlines with a smile on her face and to meet the needs of multiple people simultaneously.  As an Account Administrator in the Customer Service department she took care of large publishers with a variety of printing needs. 

 

As the Administrative Assistant at J. R. Helms & Associates Jeannie pitches in wherever she’s needed… during peak periods she answers the phones, returns calls to clients, answers questions about the status of tax returns, and makes sure all the paperwork ends up where it needs to be.  Her goal is to assure deadlines are met, clients are happy, and that the rest of the staff can concentrate on the big picture without any administrative distractions.

 

Jeannie attended Purdue University in Lafayette, Indiana.  Her hobbies include traveling, reading and spoiling her five grandchildren.
